"Puzzled by transfer"

My husband had started treatment at King Georges and was suddenly transferred to the Queens. He did not wish to go there as it is difficult to get there on public transport, can take over an hour, and was surprised as Urology was supposed to be based at King George. Was not satisfied with treatment in urology dept. No anesthetic given on internal exam.
