What I liked
On Mon May 25th i was rushed into the resus unit at Royal Free hospital, after collapsing at home.
Although I was mostly unconscious in the resus unit, my girlfriend who was with me, told me that the female doctor
who looked after me was amazing.
Not only did she attend to my well-being, but she also explained to my girlfriend exactly what she was doing
and was going to do, and really put her mind at rest during a very stressful time.
Please pass on my huge admiration and thanks to this doctor, from both myself and my girlfriend.
What could be improved
Almost all of the staff, from the porters to the nurses and doctors were fantastic, with the exception of one doctor, who terrified myself and my girlfriend with an as yet undiagnosed
opinion on what was wrong with me.
Anything else?
I would like to send a thank you card to the female doctor and the staff in resus, and the ward i was on if I knew who they were!
