About: The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore)

(as the patient),

What I liked

my inpatient stay was good, the staff were excellant and took care of all my needs...

What could be improved

the waiting times are v.long

i travel up to an hour to the hospital every 3-6months and i am seen 2 hours after my original appointment time,i normally dont get to see my consultant either because he is not in clinic....

appointments for scans are very long, normally 6 months and also for outpatients appointments

Anything else?

my treatment has been very bad in the way that me being diagnosed with cancer and myself having to ring up to make appointments and checkups because of errors in communication between staff....that in itself has proved to be very stressful
