"Cancelled appointments"

I went to my gp on 26 march and asked for an appointment to see a dermatologist, I recieved an appointment letter dated 17 april for an appointment on 23 may at 4-15pm, at 11-00am on that day I got a phone call saying the doctor was sick so my appointment was cancelled.

After waiting for many weeks I think that this is disgusting the way they have done this, it is not the first time this hospital has cancelled at the last minute to me.

I think that it is about time the management were taken in hand about the way they are running things.
