I brought my 92 year old mother to the Emergency eye centre on Monday 17th March as she had woken in the morning and found she had lost her sight in her right eye. She has macular degeneration and glaucoma and some years ago had a cateract operation. Everyone was so kind to her and treated her with respect. The lovely doctor was also able to do some lazer treatment there and then to restore her sight. It was caused by debiris forming around the lens she had a long time ago for her cateracts. Thank you to the skills and kindness of all involved. The nurse, the docotr who did her eye scans and the docotr who made the diagnosis and performed the lazer treatment. She is so happy.
