"Treated as individuals"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Maternity

(as a service user),

My wife had our first child here 2 weeks ago. The experience was brilliantly handled and all went smoothly. I felt the we were treated as individuals and not just a number. The delivery suite was very modern and had everything you needed on hand.

Dear Ian29

Thank you for your kind comments, I am delighted you and your wife had a good experience. I am pleased you noticed the upgraded delivery suite - our midwifery team put a lot of work into the planning of this.

We know that our post natal ward environment isn't so good and we have this in our sights to improve over the coming year or two.

Kind Regards
