Who would ever recommend a referral to a clinic or hospital?

Just stick to whether it was a positive experience. All staff were kind and helpful.

Thank you for your feedback following your recent referral through TRAQS.

We appreciate that is seems an odd question to ask but we do find a lot of patients request a specific hospital/clinic/consultant because a relative or friend has received treatment there and were pleased with the care they were given.

I am pleased to note that you found all of the staff kind and helpful.
