About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Very quick to say appointment at Donnington Medical Practice would come soon. It did, came within 3 weeks. The actual appointment was dead on time. Nurse examined and photographed the area of concern. Was told to wait a few minutes while she asked for a doctors opinion. Came back and said I would get an appointment in about a month’s time. This would entail a little operation under a local anaesthetic.
