"You do a great job, thank you"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

My experience at Inclusion Matters was wonderful I could open up to my therapist about all my problems such as depression and worry and many more problems. It helps to talk to someone who can understand your needs and can help you.

I have a good family around me but they don’t always have the time to listen because all family have their own problems. I finished my therapy feeling a lot better and knowing Alison told me if ever you need us again we are here to help at all times.

You do a great job, thank you so much. I am going to do a lot more with my life.

Dear Visitor147,

It is always good to hear when someone has had a positive, experience of therapy. Families can be a great source of support but it is often useful to talk through things with someone outside your family.

Best wishes

Tracey
