I was diagnosed with Anklosing Spondylitis July 2013, I am now 27. The team are fantastic (even though I am late sometimes/ miss appointments) they work around my work commitments for appts. Send me appointment cards if i have forgotten. After reassuring me to try a biologic injection (which has some serious side effects) I am fit and healthy again, they calm me down whenever I feel stressed about any new side effects and are always able to answer my questions in the best way they can. On the phone i felt the receptionist used to think i was calling the wrong dept as I was young and not an old person with arthitis, but now are aware of my age and condition. Apart from that, a great team who i completely trust with my care and have regular bloods to see how im doing. Keep up the good work. xx
