"Really bad exprience at NewHam Genral Hospital"

I brought my four years old daughter to A&E with possible broken nose from school. It's been over an hour and half and we are still waiting for a doctor then XRays and so on. Also the main reception staff is extremely rude, especially they doesn't know how to operate their system (computers). A data entry can take up to 20 minutes where they can see the patient situation. I don't think I'll ever come down here again.
