"No understanding to my mothers needs, care or..."

About: Bedford Hospital South Wing

My mothers lunch time meds were still on here bedside table at 4pm. When asked why I was told that she might have spat it out (I did not see any evidence of this) the meds were still in the cup & clean! She had alzhimers & does not understand! She was sitting in her own urine & seemed distressed! Her wrist was broken & needed pins. When the pins were removed, this was done with no pain control. This left my mum in pain & distress. The carer that was with her at the time cried & wants us (her family to put in a formal complaint ) Shame on you bedford hospital!
