I handed in a prescription to surgical appliances over 2 years ago for shoes as I have problems with my feet. I have been for numerous fittings and am still waiting,I have explained to the staff that I can only get flip flops on my feet but they have been very uncaring. I have been to the PALS office in person but still no joy.

I am sorry that despite the involvement of PALS staff in liaising with the Orthotics department you still have unsuitable footwear. I understand that you attended on 24 September for fitting of shoes , I hope on this occasion they were suitable.
