(as a service user),

I have been seeing Jenny for the last 7 weeks and my experience has been such a positive and productive process. She listened to me and helped me put in place a great plan of action, to help me settle my worries and fears and to take time for myself, to look after me first. She was amazing and would definitely recommend this service to anyone feeling anxious or stressed.
