I visited A&E on Saturday with issues I won't bore you with but all of the staff were helpful, sympathetic and understanding to my concerns. The dr I saw was especially excellent and not only went above and beyond in terms of the tests he carried out but also showed personal interest in my the lives of me and my partner making us feel really at ease. What a lovely guy and an asset to the hospital! One thing I would suggest is an update to the signage in the waiting room. It is fairly 'busy' and confusing. An update to this would make the lives of patients and staff easier I'd imagine!
