Shame the referral process was let down by the reception staff at the Bickerstaff unit. Grumpy miserable ‘nurse’ on reception got up and walked off when I arrived and I had to stand and wait for 10 minutes before anyone came to help! Rubbish! Staff at the appointment were brilliant though.
