About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Excellent care, right from GP appointment to consultant appointment. Prompt contact from TRAQS & offered several appointment options. Appointment booked for Saturday morning which was very convenient as it meant that I did not need time off from work.

Consultant appointment on time - no wait & did not feel rushed.
