I have no problem with the doctor. But I called twice his secretary for ask to next step. Twice she promise to return same day. I lost 10 days for just response. Another problem is payment. I gave my card details for payment. I think I was paid. After a month I received an invoice. I contact the hospital. They said some of doctors accept only cash or check. No online payment, no bank transfer and no card payment. Looks like stone age. Maybe next time I will offer to goat cheese for payment! Simply, they need reorganisation. If there is a hospital, their organisation should be better then a pizza shop!
