Dear Anon

The eye department are pleased that you had a good experience when you underwent cataract surgery. We are aiming to expand our ‘one stop’ cataract service where your preoperative assessment is performed on the same day as your clinic visit (the cataract surgery is performed on a separate day). This reduces the number of clinic appointments have and we believe this improves the patient’s experience.
