"Audiology Appointment"

I took my 90 year old uncle for a hearing test and to have his hearing aids checked and updated. The hospital was clean, spacious and the staff all helpful. Parking was easy and close to the entrance.The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and yet professional. During our appointment they undertook a thorough test of his hearing, then prepared, tuned and fitted new hearing aids. This was all done efficiently, explained at every step but without any hint of hurrying. This is the best experience I have ever had in a hospital. Well done!
