Kept informed by staff at all stages. Surgeon explained the procedure thoroughly and asked if I was happy to go ahead with proposed treatment. During surgery he was reassuring and considerate and explained what was happening at every stage. I felt comfortable with the surgery and no longer nervous. My experience was a very positive one.
