"The staff are without exception superb"

I am really pleased and totally satisfied with all aspects of my treatment today. The staff are without exception superb.

From the moment I arrived until my discharge, I was impressed at the humanity and the professionalism of the staff. At no time was I left in the dark, with every action and step being clearly explained, and my identity being continually verified. At no time was I ignored or made to feel a nuisance.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough – and I would urge any politician or civil servant who wishes to decry the NHS – and in particularly the hands on people I met – to come and see for themselves the magnificent job they do.
