"Extremely caring"

I visit on a regular basis with on-going issues. Despite this very busy outpatients ward, the staff do a remarkable job, remaining patient, caring and professional at all times. They are organised and their priority are their patients and this shines through. The staff should take credit for their hard work in difficult circumstances. I am prepared to travel here some distance, rather than use the eye clinic on my own front door!
