I attended the outpatients dept two days ago and I was very impressed.My appointment was for pre admission investigations,for a cabg op.At first seeing the line of people waiting to register at reception I feared the worst,but the receptionists dealt with this very efficiently.From then on even though it looked very busy and chaotic it was very well run and organised.Well done outpatients.
