Thank you for your positive comment about our nursing staff. We are very sorry that this did not extend to the staff you encountered at the reception desks. Your comment does reinforce the importance of the Trust's 'Customer Care' training programmes which are provided for all professional and support staff. Your comments will be conveyed to the senior managers concerned.
