"positive experience"

About: Trafford General Hospital

I attended the urgent care centre this morning and had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, empathetic and professional. The department appeared clean and organised. I understood all of the info offered and left the department feeling I had been properly care for. Many thanks.

Thank you for your comments posted on the Patient Opinion website regarding your attendance at the Urgent Care Centre on the 13th March 2014. Positive feedback is always welcomed which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. We are reassured to read how the staff impacted positively on your experience and cared for you professionally and with empathy. Patient care is important to all Trust staff and to support this mandatory customer care training is undertaken by all each year.

The new Urgent Care Centre works much in the same way as the previous Accident & Emergency department and can be visited for the treatment of a wide range of conditions from minor injuries and illnesses to suspected fractures and wounds.

The Urgent Care Centre is open daily from 8.00am - midnight and is staffed by a highly skilled team of Accident and Emergency doctors and nurses. We can assure you that we have passed on your comments to all the staff within the Urgent Care Centre and know they will all be very happy to receive it. We are pleased that you found the information supplied on your visit to the UCC useful and would like to wish you well, hoping that you are now recovered.
