I recently had my pre-op appointment at FVRH for an abdominal hernia repair.
I was taken on time. Both Kendra and Isla were friendly and professional.
They worked very well as a team, with Isla taking a very careful history, and Kendra completely blood tests, ECG and BP etc. Both were informative and helpful re my questions.
It was a reassuring experience ahead of my surgery.
