Dad in for 3 days thankfully now home. Ward uncaring left alone and cold in ward. Didn't read constantly having to be told he was a dementia patient. He told nurse he walked stairs at home so physio came to walk him up the stairs. He is wheelchair bound with a deteriorated hip, bone on bone. Last week he played 18 holes with Nick faldo!! All this information was constantly relayed to staff. No communication. No-one listens. Treatment in majors good. East ham ward not good.
