My Elderly Dad fell. He was admitted. He had a TIA and another fall.
He was ready to be discharged.
My elderly mum has been main carer. Was overwhelmed with what she has to do.
I was stressed how to keep them both safe. Everything felt out of control
Then Vicky and Harry ( I think from the physio team) just sat and listened to us all with such empathy and kindness. Explained things, gave us good caring advice.
I just wanted to say a heart felt thank you to everyone on Alexander ward especially Sammy and Finn Vicky and Harry. You may think we've moved on and forgotten, we won't. Hope you get to read this.
