After having a severe nose bleed for 6 hours after a procedure a few weeks ago, I attended a very busy RAH emergency room, where all the staff members were caring and considerate, even though I had got myself upset and unsettled.
I had my nose packed and had to received morphine for pressure pain in eye, the staff coped amazingly with my distress, thank you, all the staff were wonderful.
Then a few hours later, I was transferred to Emergency ENT nurse at QEH 11b, who was outstanding. I was tired, agitated and in discomfort but she quickly turned the situation around and the treatment I received was exceptional, it instantly relieved any pain.
I am so grateful to you all. I’ve had a difficult few months but can honestly say I have never been so confident in the care I have received to date Wonderful 👌
