"Very kindly secured me a parking space"

I had to take my dad for an X-ray and was slightly concerned as to how I’d manage to get him there, park the car and manage his wheelchair.

I pulled up to the main door fully expecting to leave my dad in his wheelchair then go and park my car. I just wanted to say that the parking attendant (I think he was called Dean) noticed I was struggling and very kindly secured me a parking space and immediately eased the level of anxiety for my father and me. He also made sure we knew where the X ray department was.

I just wanted to thank him for his service as it was greatly appreciated and made a stressful situation very manageable. 

Our experience in X-Ray was also speedy!
