"Absolutely brilliant service"

I recently attended an outpatients appointment at OPD4 with Dr Donnelly.

Just wanted to pass on feedback regarding how great the whole experience was from start to finish .

Hardly any waiting time , excellent customer service from the minute I arrived until I left ( including being booked in by reception , having my weight taken , the consultation with Dr Donnelly  herself , getting bloods taken and having a liver scan). All done quickly and without any hanging around .

I have always really enjoyed my appointments at OPD4 - really feel I am treated exceptionally well and the fact everything always seems to run so smoothly without long delays is always an added bonus !!!

I was greeted warmly by the receptionist today and from that moment on everyone was lovely to me .

Thanks to all three nurses who dealt with me - a real credit to their profession, absolutely brilliant service.

Dr Donnelly herself is one of the nicest most caring consultants I have come across and I have already praised her for taking a real interest in my ongoing conditions and other health issues - she always seems to be well informed from reading my notes , always very thorough , and genuinely concerned for my well being . She has a fantastic caring manner and always makes me feel like I am a priority ( when I know she must deal with hundreds of other patients ) - can not thank her enough 

I truly wish all my other out patient appointments were as positive and effortless as this one was .
