"Wonderful hospital, amazing staff"

My little boy has just spent three nights in St.Richards for Orbital Cellulitis. We are so thankful to the staff in every department that we spent time in here; A&E, Howard Ward and the eye clinic. Everybody was professional, kind and caring and made us feel at ease, despite the seriousness of our son's illness. The hospital was clean and well organised. Howard Ward has a beautiful playroom so even when my little boy was up at 4:30am, we had somewhere to go and keep him occupied. Everything was explained to us and we were always give the opportunity to ask questions. The food was brilliant; my son has dietary requirements and this was no problem at all. He is now at home, fully recovered. Thank you.
