"Everyone I spoke to was friendly and very efficient"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Occupational Therapy Trauma and Orthopaedic Outpatient Team

(as a service user),

I had hurt my hand on a holiday abroad was in pain felt very distraught and worried. The team at the Hand clinic in Belfast put me at ease. I felt listened to and was well taken care of. Everyone I spoke to was  friendly and very efficient and I want to say a big thank you.
