"Outstanding knowledge and patient care"

My daughter presented to A&E Royal Surrey feeling very poorly. 

She was seen by a doctor and I want to report on how excellent he was. She was stressed and panicking which was making her worse. He explained everything in finer detail and made sure she understood. We left feeling fully confident he had explored all areas thoroughly and due to his care we trusted in what his findings were.

The way he explained things and making sure she fully understood was excellent he really took his time to break medical terms down so she could be aware of what was happening to her. I really appreciated this doctor's knowledge and patient care it was outstanding.
