"Staff did a phenomenal job"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department Craigavon Area Hospital / Radiography services Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response Radiography services / X-ray Department

(as a service user),

I was treated at Craigavon A and E following an ankle dislocation. I would firstly like to thank the paramedics who treated me with care and dignity, giving the absolute best support they could offer with warmth and diligence. I am so grateful.

Secondly, the nurses, doctors and ancillary staff in A and E did a phenomenal job despite a barrage of patients in need. Care was prompt, thorough and kind. Truly, the best resource CAH has, are its hard-working staff. The aftercare I have received via A and E from the Nurse Practitioner, X Ray and Physio assessment have been thorough and underpinned by warmth and consummate professionalism. The staff manning the front desk responded to challenging situations treating all patients with dignity and kindness.

I am so grateful for the help, care and treatment I received from your staff. Please look after them well, they deserve the same level of care they provide for others.
