"Helping me become mobile and independant again"

About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Doncaster Community Rehabilitation Team Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Trauma and orthopaedics Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a service user),

I write this as an 84 year old lady who fell and broke her hip and arm mid July. The care I have received from the beginning has been outstanding. The ambulance service were so helpful and caring, as were the staff on the trauma ward at DRI. I was well looked after at all times and the food was very good too.

The Reablement Team who visited me at home have been exceptional, keeping me motivated and helping me become mobile and independant again.

Thank you so much to everyone who has been involved in my care.
