"So helpful and kind"

I received my telephone appointment with Suzanne regarding my daughter's Autism assessment. She was so nice to speak with and she had a lovely way of asking the questions to gather information. I felt as ease speaking with her and I found it easy to talk to her. I felt the assessment was very thorough and I felt that all relevant information was collected in good detail. I now look forward for my daughter having her face to face assessment after what seems like such a long journey. I then had to email over some information and I rang into the service and got speaking to Kylie and once again she was so helpful and kind, it is always lovely speaking with her. Thank you Autism service for a such a good experience.
