"Thank you for caring"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Gastroenterology (stomach and gut problems)

(as the patient),

Was greeted very warmly at check in reception which was lovely. I was not kept waiting long and Nurses Kirsty and Jennifer attended to me. Kirsty was very patient and kind and had clearly read my medical notes thoroughly before I was taken in. She explained everything very clearly step by step and took time to listen to me and ease any concerns I had. Both ladies were extremely professional and very caring. I felt very well looked after and confident about  my care and what to expect when I went home afterwards. The receptionist even said goodbye to me as I left. What a positive experience!! I can't thank the staff enough for making a stressful procedure so much more pleasant. Thank you for caring.
