"From 111 to Doctor on call to A & E"

My husband has many long term illnesses and wanted everyone to know last night was the best experience ever of medical care, could not have had better anywhere 111 listened Doctor came out wonderful and rang ahead to ensure bed Ambulance crew fantastic Nurses and Doctor deserve to be congratulated Porter great Over the years I can say this was the best experience at NGH - well done all! From the bottom of my heart I say please keep this up!
