"Help for persistent problem"

About: City Way Surgery

(as the patient),

Made an online appointment, was sent a link to send photo but there was no link. Tried phoning the surgery, but couldn’t get through. 

Problem flared up again, and this time they referred me to the pharmacy. The pharmacist was shocked they referred to them as they couldn’t help. They had to get in touch, and no doctor saw my problem or even spoke to me. Problem is still ongoing, and I’m unable to get an appointment.
