"Brief Intervention Service has helped me rethink"

NHS Highland operates a Mental Health Brief Intervention Service through the primary Care Service.

I would like to thank Jill, the practitioner I have seen in this service at Nairn Medical Practice. Her help and support has been excellent - truly person centred- in no way dictatorial or patronising. Jill's listening, understanding and suggestion of helpful methods to rethink my responses and actions towards people and events has helped me navigate some recent challenges I have had in my life.
