"Exceptional care"

I was recently a post-op patient on 5C.

The care I received from all the staff was fantastic, from my arrival on the ward to my discharge. All staff introduced themselves and were always polite and courteous. The Ward Manager, Matthew, runs a fantastic ward with a great team behind him. 

I would personally like to thank Staff Nurses Atlanta, Smitha, Claire, Primrose and Hilary, and HCA's Rhonda and Jess.  OU Student Julie was also a pleasure.  I am so grateful to you all for the impeccable care and compassion you showed me.
