"Excellent care"

My dad was recently a patient within Ward 12 University Hospital Hairmyres for over 2 weeks after an infection in his legs and dehydration with slight kidney failure. He received excellent care from both the trained and untrained nurses including Chris and Lorna and they took time with him and listened to what he wanted and needed. The Occupational therapist Elaine was very good and patient too and the physiotherapist forgot name. They worked well with the family and listened to the views of us all including my dad.  Thank you so much to all the staff in ward 12!
