I feel like I have been going around in circles from doctors to physios for the past 3 years. I have had sciatica, knee pain and hip pain. I have had severe pain in my left upper groin radiating down my inner thigh. My mobility for the past 3 years has been bad and I feel I have let my children down in this time. I had a kidney infection, followed by Lymphodemia and my mobility has decreased since April 24.
I now do not know when I need to go too the toilet, after 2 weeks I asked for antibiotics from the doctor as they offered me an appointment in 7 weeks, now they have messed up my meds.
A doctor advised me approx 3 weeks ago to go to A and E because of my symptoms and the nurse said she was wrong to send me,but let me see a doctor.
As per my recent letter I did not assume I had equina cauda syndrome it was put as my diagnosis from the hospital and this information was also sent to my doctor.
So the last letter from the doctor saying that I was worried I had this, I saw on My chart that was what my diagnosis was and also when speaking to the Dr. So as no one had told me initially I had to Google so the report is inacurrate. I have had sciatic pain but the pain in my groin and thigh is becoming unbearable and I feel like I am back to the start. This is effecting my relationships at home and at work as I am emotional and very snappy through pain.
"Wrongfully diagnosed"
