"Once again they did not let me down"

I have had to visit the Endoscopy Unit at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy 3 times in the last 3/4 months.

From the very first contact by the Endoscopy Unit right to the time of being taken back to my family who were there to collect me , on all three occasions, I cannot express , in words, enough gratitude or praise for the professionalism, care and kindness I received on all occasions.

The Specialists and Nurses are angels!

Once again, the NHS, Fife did not let me down.
