"Excellent treatment"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Breast Clinic University Hospital Wishaw / Radiology

(as the patient),

I was referred by my GP to the breast clinic at WGH. I was given an appointment the next week for 9:30.

I was examined by a consultant within 20 minutes. She referred me for a monogram and a scan. Both were completed within 1 hour and results sent immediately to consultant. I saw the consultant again within 20 minutes for result and left the hospital @ 11:20 am. 

Excellent service by excellent consultants, radiographers and nurses. One nicer than the other. Made me feel at ease and everything explained well at every step.

I know the team work extremely hard to provide best patient care and experience as attending under this type of circumstance can be a very anxious time for patients. I'm glad they put you at ease and gave you the information you needed including speedy results.

the team.
