Admitted to ward 32 RAH for a procedure - would be in overnight! Unfortunately was then diagnosed as needing IV antibiotics for an extended period of time but was scheduled to work over next few days!
Whole team - Dr Lamont, Jen and all the medics, Elaine, Susie, Linda and all the nursing staff …everyone worked so hard and succeeded in enabling me to keep working!!! I now have IV antibiotics at home under the care of the OPAT - fantastic care!! Thanks to Kay!
Care assistants and housekeepers too were amazing… I have never met a ward team so warm and friendly…nothing was too much trouble for me and those I saw around me! I am so grateful - many many thanks
"Fantastic and accommodating care"
