"Terrible service from receptionist"

About: Romsey Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

Attended Romsey Hospital for ultrasound. Receptionist said they didn’t know if they were happening this afternoon. They said have a seat and see if someone comes. Didn’t check or help. Terrible service from receptionist. Didn’t look me up or do anything to help. Sat outside , not at reception, not interested in patients needs.
