(as a relative),

An ambulance was called to see my elderly dad. The 2 staff that attended were very helpful and explained what options we had. We agreed to go to hospital and I accompanied him there. 

We waited in the ambulance for approx 2 and a half hours before going in. 
The 2 ambulance crew, Mhia and Claire could not have been nicer. They always explained what was happening and made us both feel very comfortable. 
The triage nurse Peter was also very professional and pleasant, explaining the process. 
Appreciate how difficult and pressured things are in both the ambulance service and A&E service and would like to thank those 3 staff for everything.

Hi Very appreciative,

I'm sorry that your dad was ill recently and required help from the NHS. I hope he's doing ok and back to himself again.

I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to write in to share your experience. It always means a lot to our staff, particularly during pressurised times, when patients and their families reach out to say thank you. It's lovely to hear that your dad was so well cared for.
